How do I book a treatment?
All treatments can be booked online via our booking system. Simply select your treatment, choose an available date and time, and follow the steps to confirm your appointment.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
The deposit amount will be clearly shown during the booking process and is deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
You may opt to pay just the deposit or for your booking in full.
How far in advance can I book?
Appointments can be booked up to one month in advance, subject to availability.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. You can reschedule your appointment online up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Changes made within 24 hours may be subject to our cancellation policy.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for a minimum of 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a charge of up to 50% of the treatment cost.

What happens if I’m late?
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client, while the full treatment price may still apply.
Can I book multiple treatments in one visit?
Yes. Multiple treatments can be booked in one session, subject to availability. Please contact Isobel if you wish to create a more bespoke treatment option.
Are add-on treatments available?
Add-on treatments can only be booked alongside a full skin or body treatment as an upgrade and are not available as standalone appointments.
Can I use a gift voucher to book a treatment?
Yes. Gift vouchers can be redeemed against any eligible treatment. Please enter your voucher code at checkout when booking online.
You may also select to pay with store credit if you are logged in to your customer account and have accrued any.
What if I’m not sure which treatment to book?
If you’re unsure which treatment is right for you, you’re welcome to get in touch before booking.
Isobel will be happy to guide you towards the most suitable option.
Where is the studio located?
Treatments take place at Isobel North’s home-based studio in Longhorsley, Morpeth.

Is parking available?
Yes. Off-street parking is available on the drive, with additional on-street parking nearby.
Will I receive a booking confirmation?
Yes. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with all appointment details.
SMS reminders may also be sent 24 hours before your appointment.
What should I do if I need help with my booking?
If you experience any issues with booking or have a quick question, please get in touch and Isobel will be happy to help.
Can two people be treated at the same time?
This is not possible as there is only one of me, dedicated to giving you the best treatment possible.
What if I arrive early for my appointment?
I do give myself ample turn -around time but due to the nature of my in -house studio, there is no private waiting area.
If you are more than 5 mins early, please stay in your vehicle until Isobel comes to great you.
What time should I arrive before my scheduled treatment time?
Please arrive 5 mins before your treatment time shown on booking confirmation
Do you have a bathroom facility?
Yes there is an easily accessible toilet close to the treatment room on the ground floor.
I do not know what skin type I am – how do I know which products I need?
Book a complimentary 20 minute in-person appointment to get one to one advice from Isobel.
She will prescribe the correct products, along with an achievable regime to give you the results that you want.

How long is my treatment time if I'm booking for example a 60 minute treatment?
Your treatment time will begin as soon as you enter the treatment room and will end as you exit, on the hour, this includes dressing and undressing.
New clients will receive a complementary 15 mins added to their treatment time for consultation.
Do you have late appointment times?
Yes, Wednesday day and Thursday evening until 8pm.
Do you accept cards and cash?
Yes, both card and cash are accepted for treatment booking balance.
