BOOKINGS TERMS & CONDITIONS

To ensure you receive your full appointment, please arrive on time. If you're running more than 10 minutes late, your service time will be reduced, and the full fee will apply. Please call or text if you anticipate a delay.

1. Cancellation/Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours/1 days notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

You can cancel or reschedule by  calling/texting Isobel on 07734590993 replying to this message, using your booking link. 

Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice, or cancelling within the 24 hour window, will result in a fee of 50% of service, charged to the card on file. 

2. Payment: Fees will be charged to the payment method on file or invoiced after the missed appointment. 

3. Exceptions: I understand emergencies happen. Please contact me as soon as possible if you foresee an issue.

In order to operate efficiently, we need to have terms and conditions surrounding the content and usage of this website. By using our website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which include our privacy policy, that govern Isobel North skin & body therapies relationship with you in relation to this website.

The terms "Isobel North skin & body therapies”, “Isobel North”, "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website whose business address is 4 Whitgates, Longhorsley, Morpeth, Northumberland NE65 8UJ (UK). The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website.

WEBSITE DISCLAIMER

The information contained in this website is for general information purposes only. The information is provided by Isobel North and whilst we endeavour to keep the information up-to-date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, ACCEPTANCE AND INSPECTION OF YOUR ORDER

We will notify you via email once your order has been placed. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

Upon receipt of your order please inspect the products to ensure everything specified on the delivery note is included. If there is a problem with the order you must make contact with us within 48 hours of receipt.

You can cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation rights and return the goods in accordance with our returns policy. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Electron, Solo, Switch, Maestro and PayPal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is acknowledged. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Isobel North skin & body therapies, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. Please note that we retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been received.

VOUCHER CODES

Isobel North skin & body therapies voucher codes can only be redeemed at www.isobelnorth.com

Only one voucher code can be used per transaction including redeemed Skincare Rewards, codes will expire after a single use. Once the expiry date has passed the code will expire. No credit or cash will be exchanged.

Site-wide offers and promotions cannot be applied to gift sets, candles or Micro Cloths unless otherwise stated.

Voucher Codes & Store Credit cannot be redeemed against treatment deposits. Payment must either be made in full via the website, or the deposit paid with card.

OUR WEBSITE AND THE DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

Under the distance selling regulations, goods must be delivered within a specific time frame:

For avoidance of doubt, our office working days are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding statutory holidays. If we receive your order before 11am on a working day we will aim to dispatch your order on the same day. If your order is received after 11am, or we are unable to dispatch on the same day, then we will aim to dispatch it on the next working day.

We send goods out by DPD Courier Service. Whilst DPD operate a next day service, they are not guaranteed services and as such, we cannot guarantee delivery within a set time frame.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. For further details of how to return merchandise please see our Returns section. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may exercise your right to cancel if you are able to return the merchandise to us. You can submit your cancellation notice by email at isobel.north@gmail.com .

Your statutory rights are not affected.

FAULTY GOODS

We accept no liability whatsoever for the purchase and use of products which are not suited for your skin type – this includes, but is not limited to, skin reactions. If you are unsure if an item is suitable for you, please contact us for advice.

We strongly advise that you patch test any items before first use to ensure skin compatibility.

Advertised results are based on clinical and subjective test results and we in no way guarantee you will achieve these results. As such, we will accept no liability for the non-achievement of any results and do not class non-achievement of results as a faulty product.

We do not recommend the use of any of the Katherine Daniels homecare products without a current and up to date skin consultation and prescription from a Katherine Daniels Appointed Therapist. You can locate your nearest Katherine Daniels salon in our salon finder here.

If your item is found to be faulty, you must notify us in writing detailing the fault and providing photographic evidence where possible within 48 hours  from date of receipt of order. Please do not return goods until we have issued you with a returns number, doing so will slow down the process of returning. 

GIFT CARDS

Buying & Using a Gift Card (Gift Voucher):

  • E-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • E-Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on isobelnorth.com

  • E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, are non-transferable and can only be redeemed on isobelnorth.com

  • If your order total is less than the value of the E-Gift Card, the remaining balance will be kept on your E-Gift Card ready for future purchases. To check the balance on your card, please email us on isobel.north@gmail.com If your order exceeds the value of the E-Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid by credit or debit card.

  • Gift Cards cannot be redeemed against treatment deposits. Payment must either be made in full via the website, or the deposit paid with card.
  • All purchases made using a E-Gift Card will be subject to Isobel North Terms & Conditions.
