How it works
Choose a voucher amount, pick whether you’d like it sent to you or directly to the recipient, then check out as normal. The gift voucher is delivered by email and can be used on treatments or skincare products.
How to redeem
At checkout, enter the voucher code in the “Discount code / gift card” box and the value will be applied automatically. Any remaining balance stays on the voucher for next time.
Booking a treatment
If you’re using your voucher for a treatment, head to the Treatments page and book online in minutes. Use the voucher code to pay in full at checkout, or bring it along and Isobel can apply it when your treatment is over.

How will the gift voucher be delivered?
Gift vouchers are delivered by email. You can send it to yourself or directly to the recipient.
Can I use a gift voucher on treatments and skincare?
Yes - vouchers can be redeemed against any treatment or skincare purchase on this website. Vouchers cannot be used to paid treatment deposits.
Do gift vouchers expire?
Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within 1 year of purchase.
Can I use my voucher over more than one order/booking?
Yes. If your voucher balance isn’t used in full, the remaining balance stays on the voucher for next time.
What if my order/booking costs more than the voucher value?
You can pay the difference at checkout using your preferred payment method.
Can I combine multiple gift vouchers?
Yes — you can use more than one gift voucher in the same checkout, unless your checkout settings restrict this.
Can gift vouchers be used with discounts or offers?
In most cases, yes. If an offer can’t be combined with vouchers, it will be made clear at checkout.
Can I refund or exchange a gift voucher?
Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
What happens if I delete the email or the recipient doesn’t receive it?
Contact us and we can resend the voucher email.
Can a voucher be used in person instead of online?
Yes, just bring your voucher with you code to your next appointment and Isobel will redeem it against any treatments/products purchased.
My voucher code isn’t working — what should I do?
Double-check the code has been copied exactly (no spaces). If it still doesn’t work, contact us and we’ll sort it quickly.
Remember: Gift Vouchers & Store Credit cannot be redeemed against treatment deposits - treatments must either be paid in full via the website, or the voucher can be used against the remaining balance after the treatment is complete.
