Delivery Policy

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Method

All orders are shipped using DPD.

Dispatch Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of purchase, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–5 working days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Costs

  • Free UK delivery on orders over £65

  • £4.99 standard delivery on orders under £65

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available by prior arrangement only, or when booking a treatment.
Collections take place from the salon and must be agreed in advance via email.

Returns Policy (Products)

Your Right to Return

Under UK distance-selling regulations, you have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging

  • Items must be in a resaleable condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

We are unable to accept returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return

Returns must be approved before items are sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Postage

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs

  • If an item is confirmed as faulty, reasonable return postage costs will be reimbursed

  • Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping labels

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable, unless faulty:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Used tools or accessories

  • Gift cards or vouchers

Sale items are returnable, provided they meet the same eligibility criteria as full-price items.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If an item arrives faulty or damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receipt

  • Provide clear photographic evidence via email to isobel.north@gmail.com

Once reviewed, you may choose between a replacement or a refund, subject to availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, or

  • Store credit can be provided on request

Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned item.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Treatments & Services

  • Treatments and services are non-refundable once delivered

  • Appointment cancellations and no-shows are governed by our Booking & Cancellation Policy, outlined in our Terms & Conditions

Where applicable:

  • Missed appointments may incur a charge of up to 50% of the treatment cost

  • Deposits are taken at the time of booking and applied in line with our cancellation terms
    (Final deposit and cancellation terms to be confirmed and updated where required.)
